This Privacy Policy explains what information PitchPro ("the app", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and how you can control or delete it. PitchPro is developed by Ljanmi Dynamics.

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any sensitive category of information (health, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.). Photos you may select within the app (for example, a custom player photo in offline mode) stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
Account and gameplay data is stored using Supabase (database) and our backend server is hosted on Render. Both act solely as service providers processing data on our behalf — they do not use your data for their own purposes. All data is transmitted using encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
PitchPro shows ads through Google AdMob, including rewarded video ads that let you earn in-game benefits (such as extra energy or name changes) in exchange for watching an ad to completion. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to show and measure ads. You can review or reset your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's system settings.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (username, password, rank/LP, match history) at any time, either directly in the app (Manager Hub → Settings → Delete Account) or through our self-service deletion page:

Deletion is immediate and permanent, and cannot be undone. We do not retain data after an account is deleted.
We do not sell your data. We only share data with third parties where necessary to operate the app:
Supabase and Render are not considered third-party sharing since they process data solely on our behalf as infrastructure/service providers.
PitchPro is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the app evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
